The following list contains the top 5 single best smartphone apps on the market today…Of course this is an opinionated list so some apps maybe higher or lower on other users list but this list is compiled from many different lists found on the web to give the best idea of the top 10 apps today…
#5 DroidAnalytics – Same as Google Analytics but in mobile version. Found on only iPhone and Android.
#4 Evernote – One of the best note-taking apps. Of course you have to get used to typing on a virtual keyboard but after that this app is by far the best app there is for taking notes. Saves data locally but syncs it across all your machines and devices, i.e. computers, tablets, phones, etc.
#3 Dropbox – Cloud-based computing services that automatically syncs a folder of files between multiple computers. The mobile version now allows you to sync between multiple computers AND devices getting all of your information and data into one place has never been easier.
#2 Advance Task Killer - One of the realities of having a multitasking mobile OS in Android is that you have to manage your apps so that they don’t hurt performance or battery life. Advanced Task Killer (or ATK) is my favorite. It even comes with a widget that you can tap once to kill all open apps.
#1 Google Voice – Gives you a phone number that can ring to multiple places or devices and it allows you to access all of your voicemail and text messages via Web. It makes outgoing calls and text messages look like they’re coming from your Google Voice number so that you can keep your real number as private and hidden as you want.
